Carsten Ziegeler resolved SLING-4410.

Resolution: Fixed
Resolved in rev by introducing a new framework property
sling.installer.config.useMulti that needs to be set to true to switch from
null to "?"
We can't use a configuration as we otherwise get into a chicken-egg problem
