Added a sling-mock-oak module in https://svn.apache.org/r1681992 . Leaving the
task open for any needed refinements.
Note that the backing Oak instance uses a {{MemoryNodeStore}} . I see no need
(for now) to make the NodeStore configurable or use something more heavyweight
like a {{SegmentNodeStore}}.
