The {{jacoco-report}} profile defined in our parent pom should aggregate unit
and integration tests of a given module so that we can get the full test
coverage picture.
This won't take into account the launchpad integration tests, but I think over
time we should move (at least most of) those tests to the relevant modules
anyway.
