Sling is currently not using the default.properties from the Felix framework.
This requires to always sync any change in these properties in Sling when
upgrading to a new framework version. SLING-4965 shows that this is error prone
and should be avoided.
We should therefore simply use the default properties from Felix and overlay
them with the Sling properties
