Sorry for the vague description, but I don't have a good way of describing
this, but it is easy to reproduce.
1. Check out the project at https://github.com/justinedelson/pgehello (This is
an AEM Apps project, although I don't think you need to have AEM to reproduce
the issue in Sling IDE)
2. Import the three projects into Eclipse.
3. Configure the content-dev project to be a Content Package project
4. Navigate through to
/content/phonegap/helloworld/shell/_jcr_content/pge-app/app-content.
Observe that no child nodes of app-content are displayed. There should be a www
folder here. In addition, app-content should have a number of sibling nodes
(under pge-app) -

This issue blocks the effective use of Sling IDE with AEM Apps.
