Fix For: Content Distribution Core 0.1.14
{{SimpleHttpDistributionTransport#deliverPackage}} returns Http {{Content}} but
doesn't use it. While it seems it's not possible to just let it go (as that
would leak as an unconsumed resource) such content should be discarded.
