Description:
Now that we can create repository paths from the provisioning model [1] we need
to be able to register nodetypes before that, in case nodes need to be created
with non-default nodetypes.
This should use a mechanism similar to the
{{org.apache.sling.repoinit.jcr.RepositoryInitializer}} to read the
provisioning model, using an URL and scheme that can be configured to point to
another data source, in case Sling is not started via a provisioning model.
This needs to be documented at
http://sling.apache.org/documentation/bundles/repository-initialization.html
