Fix For: i18n 2.4.10
SLING-5864 breaks the i18n implementation as the dependency to commons.osgi has
been updated, but the old embedd statement is still there. Unfortunately the
new 2.4.0 implementation requires additional classes
Looking at the comments from SLING-5864 I think the embedding should be removed
completely
