I did attend (most of) the committers roundtable at adaptTo, I don't think we made any decisions there and those would not be valid anyway as they didn't happen on this list. I think (or hope ;-) that you mean that we *suggest* doing this, and as I say I'm not in favor of a rigid rule, just strongly preferring tests closer to their modules. -Bertrand
