yes - again. this happened multiple times the last months, and affects not only 
the sling svn-github bridge, but a lot of other apache svn projects as well.
we already openend several tickets, they all were resolved after some days (by 
restarting a service), but after some weeks it breaks again.

it's time we migrate to git (already planned, but not started yet).
