The existing parser needs to be adapted anyway, but it's built with JavaCC so
relatively easy to modify as long as we're serious with test coverage.
What I meant is that supporting only the generic syntax means the existing
"nodetypes" option becomes meaningless. But as it currently does nothing anyway
it's probably safe to drop it from the grammar, and throw a syntax exception if
it's provided in the input.
