Thanks for catching this [~kwin]! I've re-tested on a fresh instance and the
icon is appears correctly for me. The code signing fixes are in [commit
f5f84bb|https://github.com/apache/sling-whiteboard/commit/f5f84bb] and should
fix the weird issues that you've encountered.
