[~olli] What do you think about configuring the bnd-maven-plugin via the
pom.xml in a way that it exports all versioned packages? Then the {{bnd.bnd}}
file would no longer need to be maintained per module. In most of the cases the
configuration can really be very generic and you can indeed add the full bnd
file via a configuration option (compare with the example which sets {{bnd}} in
https://github.com/bndtools/bnd/tree/master/maven/bnd-maven-plugin).
