As the {{project->url}} element is also used to generate the {{Bundle-DocUrl}}
(https://github.com/bndtools/bnd/blob/master/maven/bnd-maven-plugin/README.md#default-bundle-headers)
it would be nice to disable the unexpected Maven inheritance rules for that
element: By default the value will be combined out of the {{parent value [+
path adjustment] + artifactId}}
(https://github.com/apache/maven/blob/master/maven-model/src/main/mdo/maven.mdo#L186).
Since Maven 3.6.0 this can be adjusted
(https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MNG-5951). We should leverage that
option as the default inheritance rule for URLs does not make any sense for
Sling.
