I am currently working on a 'org.apache.sling.feature.model.starter' module
inside the Sling Whiteboard (module
sling-org-apache-sling-feature-model-starter).
Right now it is mostly a PM conversion FM source files but I am working on
getting the modules by their own FM rather than using FM group files.
These are my list of things that need to be done:
1. Create / Install and Deploy FM file of Sling Modules (work in progress:
SLING-8875)
2. Add the plugin definition to the modules to create the Module FMs
3. Add a simplification to the <aggregate/> for <includeArtifact/> to share
coming values
4. Build and Launch (currently working)
5. Create JAR / WAR files
For now I keep this module separate as some of the dependencies are not in
place but we can merge them when this is resolved.
