Fix For: Launchpad Base 2.6.38
In order to create a Feature Model based Starter we need to have a Launcher
Main class that supports the Feature Launcher. Because of package restrictions
and its nearly identical feature set it would be best to add this to the
Launchpad Base and create an additional class (FeatureMain) that will launch
Sling with the Feature Launcher instead of its own Launcher.
