FWIW this (or rather the fact that the bundle version was not increased to
4.0.0) prevents an out-of-the-box build of the Sling Dynamic Include 3.2.0
release.
Trying to build that with {{mvn clean install}} fails with an error saying that
_The bundle version change (3.1.6 to 3.2.0) is too low, the new version must be
at least 4.0.0_
Building with {{mvn clean install -Dbnd.baseline.skip}} works.
