Fix For: Feature Model API Regions Extension 1.1.12
OSGi configurations create an API surfarce, however there is currently no way
to properly describe this - while there is the metatype specification, usage of
it is optional and also does not provide all relevant options like deprecating
properties or configurations, or adding validation rules.
