When using the DB to store individual user prefs, what options can be used
there ? i see use_razor2, use_bayes, whitelist_from and blacklist_from take
affect, but use_dcc , and use_auto_whitelist dont take affect, althoug
disabled in the DB, the spamd process still uses them.
