Typically this happens with messages that come to some alias address, which gets distributed to several accounts on the same machine (info, cvs notices, etc), and on mailing lists to which several local accounts subscribe. That might point towards some sort of race condition, or suchlike. I have tried to run another spamd (on another port), but it is hard to reproduce this bug there.
