------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2004-10-12 23:23 ------- Not sure how Theo chose the top 125 but that currently corresponds to the 49th percentile of DNS queries, meaning if we can eliminate them, we've cut the NXDOMAIN DNS traffic by half. During U.S. business hours when DNS queries are maximum, about 3/4 of the traffic is for these records which are not listed. Reducing that by half represents a 3/8 less DNS traffic, a highly significant reduction. So this will be a big win in terms of DNS queries. We're still only about half way through the 10 days of sampling, but the list seems to be solidifying on reasonable looking data: http://www.surbl.org/dns-queries.whitelist.counts.txt ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
