PRIORITY_NO_NAME doesn't look for a priority without a name set, so that's not
a bug. As for why it
looks for X-Mailer, that's a good spam correlation so we use it. :)
also per the page where you created the messge (where it mentions this, I
believe in bold text), you
shouldn't cut/paste the message/message headers into the ticket, it should be
attached via the web
page after creating the ticket.
