new patch, implements _put_token in PL/pgSQL (thanks Stefan for the help).

It's faster (I believe about the same speed the the SQL code was with MySQL
when it was first committed BTW) but has some problems.  Mostly the fact that
for some reason the data dumps between DBM/MySQL and PostgreSQL don't match up.
 It's learning more or less during different runs and --backup shows some
different data.

These might end up not being that big of a deal, but it's enough to keep me
from going ahead an comitting.
