spamassassin svn server appears to be down

Is anyone else seeing problems accessing the SpamAssassin svn? I can't
connect to the server using svn from my machine and
http://svn.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/spamassassin/trunk/?root=Apache-SVN
does not respond either. Ping works.
