The first one is for 14.35.17.212.dnsbltest.spamassassin.org. and the second is for 14.35.17.212.dnsbltest.spamassassin.org without the "." at the end. Otherwise the code would only do hte actual query once and use the result the second time. If the first query is fully processed before the second query is made, then there is no problem, otherwise the two queries collide.
