Nevermind, Justin was correct -- I missed the ^ in the regexps.


Here's how it works; these rules check against the first untrusted relay.  In
your case the sending machine on the Rogers network is the first untrusted
relay.  This is the exact problem that I fixed in 3.0.2.

You can do 1 of 2 things.  Add a trusted_networks line for Rogers IPs on
mail.cs.yorku.ca (bad idea) or require non-local hosts that use that server to
send mail to use SMTP auth -- you'll also need to have at least 3.0.2. for this.
