I didn't copy from it. I used the functionality that was in the init
script already, and added the extra bit for nice'ing spamd. Apart from
that, the changes were mainly cosmetic. I did take a look at the Debian
shipped init script, mainly just to check the "Debian" way to do it
and the arguments it passes to start-stop-daemon.

I presume debian/spamassassin.init isn't GPL'd, or taken from anything
GPL'd? Does the script need to be a rewrite from scratch?
