Malte, Remember, we don't use autoconfig for all the platforms. Some of the things that autofoo is reporting are things that have to be different in the Win32 version, and are different because the Win32 build uses different header files. Some of those things are inside preprocessor conditionals. Does autofoo have any way of knowing what preprocessor conditional blocks to skip?
