Especially when multiple recips are in To:, Cc:, Bcc:, this becomes a real bitch. This is best done at the envelope level, when RCPT TO: <user> is specified, spawn off a `spamc -u <user>`, per RCPT TO:. you might want to read up on the article i wrote about UsingSQL on the wiki. http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/UsingSQL - I have a section in there titled "Global, Per-Domain, and Per-User Preferences via SQL".
