nope, 5.6.1 is the baseline (still).

fwiw, I'm quite happy to keep 5.6.x in the supported versions list, as
it's still quite a bit faster than many vendor-packaged 5.8.x's, esp when
MULTIPLICITY and threading has been enabled in the build.
