Well, we already have that basically, not as a rule but a subrule (__SUBJECT_NEEDS_MIME). Doing a quick run on ~2 weeks of mail: 28.062 33.8854 0.3925 0.989 0.80 1.00 __SUBJECT_NEEDS_MIME So it's not a bad rule for me, but does FP more than we'd normally like. If I then narrow it down to subjects which have those characters that aren't encoded (which is really what you're looking for I think): 13.652 16.4864 0.1869 0.989 0.60 0.01 T_SUBJECT_NEEDS_ENCODING Which seems to cut down 50%, but same as above.
