Sandbox rules missing from nightly mass checks

I could very well be missing something, but I can't figure out why the 
four rules from my sandbox are only showing up in the preflight 
mass-checks and not the nightly mass-checks.

T_OIMO_MSGID_0
T_OIMO_MSGID_1
T_OIMO_MSGID_2
T_OIMO_MSGID_3
Any ideas?  Justin?
