I have seen a few ham messages on my site with the following header:
X-Originating-IP: [0]
This triggers the X_ORIG_IP_NOT_IPV4 rule. Both of these messages were sent
with
X-Mailer: Microsoft Office Outlook 11
and both were sent by Sympatico subscribers, but they were from different
people, so it's not a local MUA problem, I don't think.
