sandbox peeps: So, due to the changes made just before xmas, the sandbox rules no longer need the "T_" prefix, and if one is found, it implies "tflags nopublish" -- in other words, it indicates that that rule is not considered publishable.
This means that if you have rules in a sandbox that you think *are* suitable for publishing, you need to remove the T_ prefix. The mkrules compiler will add a T_ prefix when compiling, if a rule doesn't yet qualify for promotion to the "active list", so you don't have to worry about it ;) (Having said that, if you have rules in your sandbox that you definitely do not want published yet, you can leave the T_ prefix on those.) I've already taken the liberty of removing the T_ prefix from T_GEO_QUERY_STRING as a test btw ;) --j.
