should be pretty easy, given the advanced state of our DomainKeys plugin, to
update to DKIM support. DKIM is technically nice and politically very nice.

sadly we may need to roll our own DKIM class, derived from Mail::DomainKeys,
hopefully cutting liberally from http://jason.long.name/dkimproxy/ .
