Not really. I figured periodically (monthly?) we'd end up calling on nightly/weekly submitters to run a special version (say, 3.1 with the updates installed,) that we would then process as a normal score generation run. Alternatively, I was thinking we would make Sunday a day to do the "special" run, ala: M-F nightly, Sa weekly, Su weekly-release.
