Have run 3.1.0 without problem.
Have tried to upgrade to 3.1.1
Downloaded source via CPAN.
manually ran: perl Makefile.PL and make install
Able to compile, but many tests are failing,
Will attach a file with results from 'make test'
(perl 5.8.0, HTML::Parser 3.50, and latest version of Digest::SHA1)
