I checked your file, there are a lot of times the same entries where I 
have only one e-mail corresponding. And all have a "safe_report" 
message around them, so the problem must be there - as I guessed from 
the start.

I re-run SA over my mbox file, and have *NO* message with NO_RECEIVED. 
I have
EMPTY_MESSAGE=1.734 occuring 14 times
EMPTY_MESSAGE=2.308 occuring 7 times
and no more.

But what could cause the same message to be included several times, and 
without headers? I send you several messages (in another mail) that 
were marked within  
http://ruleqa.spamassassin.org/tmp/zmi-no_received-mbox-438956834.gz so 
you can see them. I don't have an idea what could really cause the 
problem.
