------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2006-08-02 15:14 ------- I'm not using SA on win32 (in production) anymore, so it no longer matters if this gets fixed. I just thought it was worth mentioning that it produced a hard failure and didn't scan the message. If it's set to test, it tries and if it fails the message is scanned without net tests. If it is set to yes, and for whatever reason dns goes down, the mail wasn't processed. Well this was the case for me on Win32, ymmv. How about make yes = test and make test obsolete? Isn't it safer to pass message through on error then fail? If it's not important because win32 uses of SA is limited, then feel free to close the ticket. But with the recent outages across the US, it might become more common that dns is down and hopefully on *nix the message is passed through unscanned at least. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug, or are watching the assignee.
