Hmmm, the above makes one wonder about the mechanisms that led to this rule
being added to SpamAssassin in the first place.

The proposed codes look like a really helpful addition to SA.

Nonetheless, without serious financial (or other) incentives and penalties for
companies (such as the Bonded Sender program), occasional non-compliance is to
be expected, even if the non-compliance is only accidental.

Thus, scores for these shouldn't be too high, perhaps no higher than the Bonded
Sender rule.

How do third-party mailing companies like exacttarget.com score under such a 
system?
