We currently distribute 25_body_tests_es.cf and 25_body_tests_pl.cf --
two contributed rulesets for Spanish-language and Polish-language
spam respectively.
However, we have no way to QA these rules, or determine if their scores
make sense, because we just don't have enough mail (ham *or* spam) to
measure them.
I suggest we break them out into entries on
http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/CustomRulesets , and remove them
from the core distribution. Now that we have sa-update, RDJ, etc.,
there's really no need for them to be in-core, and I think it'd
be better that way.
