After restarting spamassassin and viewing the mail.log, I find the following 
error.

I believe it belongs to the file 20_net_tests.cf

Dec 19 09:59:35 localhost spamd[9814]: rules: meta test DIGEST_MULTIPLE has 
undefined dependency 'DCC_CHECK'
