Yeah did that and now have it... had to go to the Doctors for lab tests
so was gone for an hour.
So does going through the Changes file and picking out new and exciting
features; is that what you want?

Well, that's more a list of plugins, rather than what they are or what the
changes mean ;) It probably would be worth looking at previous release
announcement mails for an idea of what it should look like --

I knew it did need "fleshing out" I'll see what I can do about figuring
our what all those plugins actually do. I know quite a few of them have
very little or no pod info in them.
I'll also work on finding all the major changes. The Changes file is
really hard to find anything in. 8*( But that is the nature of the beast.
Looked at that previous one and now know what to write about. 8*)
