ie: instead of the standard perl "can't load module X" error, you want
us to catch that error and display something like "The required module
X can't be loaded" ?

It could probably be done, though it'd be better to do it for all of SA.  And
then arguably, the standard perl error is well, standard, so changing it may
not really be a good idea.
