http://issues.apache.org/SpamAssassin/show_bug.cgi?id=5334

Summary: SpamAssassin 3.1.8 installs binaries in /usr/bin instead
                    of /usr/local/bin
           Product: Spamassassin
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P5
         Component: Building & Packaging
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

I upgraded from SpamAssassin 3.1.7 to SpamAssassin 3.1.8 through CPAN, prefix is
set to /usr/local everywhere but:

Installing /usr/bin/sa-update
Installing /usr/bin/sa-learn
Installing /usr/bin/spamd
Installing /usr/bin/spamc
Installing /usr/bin/spamassassin

It was not the case with previous versions, but since MakeMaker was upgraded to
6.31 (i think the only thing that can have impact that has changed since last
upgrade).

Note that this unattented behavior prevents spamassassin to start with these
messages:

error: spamd: spamd script is v3.001007, but using modules v3.001008
