you didn't say what you had "whitelist_bounce_relays" set to, so I guessed from
that genuine mail, and set to:
whitelist_bounce_relays linux.mortimer.nildram.co.uk smtp.nildram.co.uk
anyway, it looks like a bug alright. fix to follow...
