we recently had a problem with mass-check --server/--client failing in the face
of 0-length files. Now, on the one hand, it's easy to say "don't do that";
zero-length files in the corpus are an error.
On the other, it would be trivial to add an optional behaviour to
Mail::SA::ArchiveIterator to simply ignore 0-length files (or warn+ignore). So
let's do that...
