yes, they are :(

I'd prefer to remove FH_HOST_ALMOST_IP if possible -- it's entirely
redundant with RDNS_DYNAMIC.  there are probably other rules in the
rulesrc/sandbox/emailed/00_FVGT_File001.cf file that are similar,
I think.
