Should be fine. I originally used SDBM_File, switched to DB_File to
experiment with a DB_BTREE server scheduling database and then forgot to
switch back to SDBM_File when I went back to just using DB_HASH for
everything.
Also to do... add the small bit of code to make AI cache work for the
client cache scan.

Non --cs_paths_only clients require that the clients and server use
--cs_schedule_cache, otherwise the server won't know which messages to
send to the clients (and will instead send all messages anyway).
Without --cs_paths_only and using --cs_cache, the clients will build a
cache, but the server won't know about it.
