Since 99% of all messages have a Message-ID and therefore hit __HAS_MSGID, this
example makes the bug easy to see. Look at the rule overlap table at the bottom
of the page. You would expect that a rule A that hits X% of spams would have an
overlap that says that 99% or 100% of rule A hits also hit __HAS_MSGID and X% of
__HAS_MSGID hits also hit rule A.
Instead the rule overlap table says the opposite.
